Late payments may be subject to interest charges at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Stellaris Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellaris Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
